Importance of Having a Healthy Life

1. How do you keep a healthy life? What do you do and which things do you avoid?

To keep a healthy life you need to eat healthy meals no all the times but eat more nutritious meals than junk food, this is because your body needs to have energy (grease) and junk food have a lot of grease and if you eat it every day the body can’t process all these grease and that makes people fat and this problem brings other disease such as heart problems.
    It depends of the illness because if the illness isn`t very dangerous, like the one we call ¨pega¨, people usually never goes to see a doctor they often see healers, one advantages is that you don`t have to wait a lot of time in hospitals and one disadvantage is that if you have a serious disease the healers can´t help you.
    To take the stress out , well for me is play video games but you can do your favorite hobbies or talk to someone

    I think that it’s very important take care of your health. The people should avoid the fast foods and the excess of candies and sweet things that could damage you. You should eat vegetables and fruits before than a hamburger or pizza. I think that you could go to the doctor and receive the conventional medicine and also you can combine her with the alternative to be healthier. Some conventional medicine could carry an addiction but the alternative could take more time to see the results. The stress is a huge problem that could develop a lot of illness, but you can take care of yourself going out or develop a hobby and always organized your time for everything including have fun and study.

    To keep a healthy life, you should: eating well, doing exercise, avoid all drugs, eating fruits, vegetables, legumes, and avoid junk food.
    Conventional medicine is necessary in certain cases, but alternative medicine is less harmful to the body, is more accessible and more economic, the benefits this provides is that the body assimilates it better and does not produces many side effects as conventional medicine and the disadvantages are that it is slow to reaction and therefore takes longer to work. To manage stress obviously you have to try to lead a quieter life, do recreational activities, forget worries for a moment and rest whenever possible.

I do not think that I have a very healthy life, at least not in the eating way because that is something that I do not care to much, but something that I definitely avoid are those stupid things like smoking or having cleaning bad habits... and about medicine I prefer not to receive it at least not if I do not think that I need it but I would say that I prefer conventional medicine because I do not trust in the other one.
    I am not the person to give advice to avoid stress, because I'm always stressed, but I think that something important would be to think if that causes stress is that important to steal our peace and if it is not, try to work or deal with it in a different way.

  5. To keep a healthy life is importan to keep in mind that good nutrition and excercise are 2 of the most important things. Besides that, keeping a good emotional and psycological health is good to avoid every type of diseases. What i do to keep a healthy life i practice exercise, eat well, also i keep my body clean of alcohol a smoke.
    Honestly i prefer conventional medicine, i think is more secure, but that's just my opinion. nowadays many people are trying alternative medicine.
    My suggestions to keep the stress out, would be, to keep yourself active, that helps you to keep focus and leave behind what have been worry you, and then help you to find the solutions.

First eating, that's super important for having a good health, it's incredible how bad is our diet nowadays, we should start eating more vegetables, fruits and drinking more water, and less sodas and junk food. Also we should include exercise in our daily life, there are a lot of sports that we can practice, so we can choose one, and practice it frequently. About the medicine, actually prefer natural medicine, the artificial medicine it’s very bad for our health, but also it have a faster effect, than natural medicine, so both have advantages and disadvantages. My suggestion for taking the stress out is to hear cool music, get relax, with a cold drink like an ice tea (not alcohol xD) and just search the peace in the bottom of the heart, that is God =)

  7. Basically for staying healthy you have to eat healthy, eating healthy is not just avoiding foods with sugar or fat, it is just eating in a balanced and moderated way. Also it is very important to do exercise regularly like going to the gym or practicing a sport… Alternative medicine can be a good option but you have to be careful because there are a lot of thieves who swindle people by giving them some “alternative medicine” that it won’t have any effect… but I do believe in techniques like acupuncture and some others like that. For releasing stress I always recommend doing some king of activity like sports or playing an instrument, it really helps because it distracts you from m your everyday problems.

  8. for a healthy life we must first of all to eat well to do much exercise, try not to eat many sweets or chocolates if you do not eat vegetables, fruit and very important to drink water to maintain good physical condition. Over conventional medicine is better although I think it is as addictive, but the results are obtained faster in real-2 have their sales because alternative medicine is better economically and the body can assimilate. On the very complicated stress most people have to avoid this stress first of all you must always be comfortable with things and not stress about anything because the stress causes many problems in the body and that is bad and can cause serious things in the body so you must always keep calm and not stress about anything.

  9. I think you can keep a healthy life by feeling good with yourself and trying to feel good physically and mentally. What I do to keep a healthy life is to eat properly, exercise and have a good rest of course, even though sometimes is hard but if you find the time and you want to feel good, you’ll do it. I personally prefer the conventional medicine because is more common for me, its advantages are that they work almost immediately but it disadvantages are that they can cause some other healthy issues like gastritis. I suggest may be to go and relax, have some fresh air, go on a trip and things like that.

  10. For get a good health the things that the people have to do is to eat nutritiously, exercise and never stop eating. Exercise is good because it keeps the body fit and active, nutritious food is good because it allows the accumulation of fats, avoid alcoholic beverages because they have yeast and this harms the body.
    The drugs often vary and depending on the severity can be used alternative medicine or conventional, alternatives are good because they are natural and are usually negative because they often do not work, the conventional medicines are good because are prescribed by a doctor but are negative because they often bring secondary consequences.
    To de-stress is good to be exercised because it relaxes the mind and foods like chili because it has properties to relax the mind.

  11. I think that the most important its to feel good and happy... and for that you should take care of yourself first of all (: for a healthy life you have to start eating food that help your mind and your body to be in shape. things that you like and to make you happy but healthy too.
    I think that is better to avoid the innecassary medicines, if yu have a good lifestyle, probably you wont need it, but if you have to do it, i prefer the conventionals, for me are safest.
    to avoid the stress i believe that the best medicine its to laugh and to be happy.. forget the worries and look for the best solution (:

  12. All persons have to health care because it is very important to have a lifetime ahead healthy without risk of contracting serious diseases. We must take eight glasses of water daily and get plenty of cardiovascular exercise, have a balanced diet and avoid eating fast food, alcohol, drugs, among others to be strong defenses against any disease. I prefer to conventional medicine because it is more effective and are at less risk in health instead an alternative you can run more risks against the Agency's health. ANDRES ARROYO

  13. As we all know to maintain a healthy lifestyle, mind and body must be healthy. I think the best way to lead a healthy life is to have a recreation room either playing sports or doing certain activities that keep the mind busy. Of course sport is the best way to feel healthy, the kind of food we consume q has to do is preferable to carry a balance cravings that are not always greeted each other and between meals more nutritious. I prefer natural medicine because I think it's better for the body and has no side effects. To stress one must not let things affect the emotional state minimum because the stress is too uncomfortable and there is nothing better than feeling relaxed, happy and healthy! DANIELA RAMIREZ MENA

  14. What to do for a healthy life?: First of all you must start with good nutrition and a balanced diet, there is nothing better for our bodies to healthful eating and moderation when eating, physical activity also by all day, something as simple as running 20 minutes a day can keep you healthy.
    In my opinion, I prefer conventional medicine because it is what it is really safe, it is also recommended by doctors and specialists in the field of medicine.
    In Dealing with stress, the lifestyle needs a complete overhaul. We Should Be Placed on an optimum diet, and take regular Adequate Exercise and rest.

  15. eat well to have a healthy diet, get plenty of exercise. drink lots of water, eat vegetables, fruits. I recommend in addition to everything mentioned is good to see a doctor, have a contol on vaccines, weight, and blood tests done. Conventional medicine is better because they are knowledge of our ancestors and is based on plants and herbs.
    Sometimes stress is good because it makes us work under pressure, but like everything in life is bad and abuse can cause illness. it is best to live the quiet life that Lord'll but ahorga

For a healthy life everyone needs a balanced life in everything we do, being mindful of everything you eat, exercise brings many positive consequences to our lives, have more energy, feel better, he developed melatonin a hormone that allows us to be in balance and feeling good and falling into depression, eating 5 times a day, fruits, vegetables, drink lots of water among others. For my opinion I prefer conventional medicine, because so am more sure cure for any disease. Nowdays people spend very stressed because of work, payments, maintain a stable family, and much more, it would be better to be in balance, this requires exercise, and rest at least one day a week.

About medicine I prefer the conventional because this is very common for me but the alternative is good in some cases maybe you fell more secure using them or you think that is more efficient. My suggestion for taking the stress out is that you have to be happy and don´t worry about the problems that happened in your life everything has a solution .

  18. 1. Well for have a healthy life I do some exercise and I try to drink some water but actually I hate her and I love natural drinks; some things I try to avoid is the junk food I don´t like it I can´t drink coke and I can´t stand people who smoke close of me.
    2. I think I prefer conventional medicine probably because is the most known and because my mom and my grandma are like pharmacist and they have a drugstore in my house but of course every medicine have their own disadvantage at long-term.
    3. Well be in fifth grade is a lot of presion and I'm the most stressful person in the world but what I do is go out and spend some time with friends and family and have God in my heart, and for me that's the most important.

  19. For keep a healthy life you must be sure what is healthy and what is not. People has a lot of ways to do it, do exercises, going out and see the sun, feel the wind and walk, don’t stay at home doing nothing because it makes a sedentary life and that’s bad for your health and body. Eat fruits and vegetables helps a lot to have a good health and always avoid greasy food or a lot of sweets. I prefer conventional medicine because is the one I have used the most my whole life and the one I trust the must, but for have a better health people should use them both to help something that the other one might not help so good. And for the stress I say the best thing is relax and not concern a lot about one thing, do something like watch TV, listen to music or read a book to be relax.

For keep a healthy live, I would try to make exercise regularly, at least, play soccer or walking in sometimes, and cycling.But it also would be fed with healthy foods and drink plenty of water. And I avoid to eat in a restaurants of fast foods, and I would try to walking instead of driving, for example if the place is in a short distance, And I avoid to sleep so much, because, posibly I get fat very fast.

    Well I didn`t know that prefer, because both medicaments are important and both are complementary, because the alternative medicine had a home remdies, made by the grand mom of the grand moms, and they used a herbs and plants, that had great results. But the conventional had medical studios recognized with resuts very good and more reliable. But the conventional medicine in somentimes could are very expensive and in sometimes is difficult to acess. And the alternative medicine can are a few confiable for a medics and somepeople, and in some situations can are illegal in some countries.

    You should try to take a time for rest and do other activities without electronics things, and you should try to don`t think so much about the problems but think on solutions now

I keep a healthy life, exercising, and eating healthy food, I try no to eat so junk food, or greasy food, and I try too, not to stay sleeping, or doing nothing, I try to stay always in moving.I think that depends of the sickness, maybe if it is something like a headache or a flu, I take some vitamins, or doctor’s medicine, but maybe if it is like a stomachache I try things like tea, or I go to a macrobiotic, or just keep my grandmas’ advices! :) One disadvantage of always going to a doctor, is that sometimes all the medicines that we take from doctor’s recipes, I think that pollute the body, I mean that they saturates our body of chemicals, and one advantage of taking alternative medicine, as natural, is good, because it is supposed that is made with natural things, so it is good for the body, but, what happens if you try and try natural things but, nothing helps you? You can hurt your body. It depends of your choice. For taking the stress out, you should go to yoga, or do some exercise, that helps to relax your body, and I think, you should take a nap, or jus breath a lot of times until you are calm down!
